Defeating imposter syndrome

How many of us have faced the ugly head of the imposter syndrome? We internalise our self-doubt and set ourselves up for chronic stress, and anxiety, and even stop ourselves from pursuing new opportunities. Our fear of failure or being unmasked hinders our personal and professional growth. We sacrifice progress because taking risks or setting ambitious goals is taken away from us by none other than ourselves! You, reading this, may be the "Perfectionist" who sets excessively high standards and feels disappointed with anything less than perfection. Or you may be the "Expert" who feels you need to know everything and fear being seen as inexperienced. Or you may be the "Natural Genius" and think you must excel without effort and you often feel crushed by setbacks. Or you my friend are the "Soloist" who prefers to work alone, without Wolfie by your side, fearing that asking for help will reveal incompetence. Or you are my other friend the "Superhero" who pushes yourself to work harder than everyone else to prove their worth. Whoever you may be I share with you some of the things that have helped me overcome S.A.D, Imposter Syndrome and generally change my attitude. Come for a walk with Wolfie and I or join me in the “bahamas” as I try to decipher what may work for you. Most of these tips have worked for me because I no longer rely on motivation and instead rely on discipline! I have a 12th tip for you which is not in the video and that is to remember that what other people think of you is not your business unless they are true family and friends.
