Stay Positive in hospitality? Yet another Myth? Hospitality MythBusters episode 2

I am always first to shout STAY POSITIVE, NEVER GIVE UP NEVER SURRENDER! I push myself to the limits of positivity even when at my lowest not allowing myself time to grief not allowing myself time to accept the pain. But is it always true? Should we stay positive no matter what? Is there such a thing of over-positivity? A mental tyranny that does not allow you time or space to accept defeat? I don't know but Dr  Cook's question made me reflect and this is one of the few times I used my research skills to add to our normal fun banter and add a little extra reading for our viewers. So here it is hospitality myth busters banter episode 2! I hope you enjoy and let us know in the comments if you think we busted that myth(s):

We tried to bust this Myth or rather myths in under 5 minutes and we almost achieved it in the desired time, we ll get better eventually or I ll get better with editing these videos... More to the point you can find the paper I refer to here: https://eerlab.berkeley.edu/pdf/paper... its quite an interesting paper about acceptance of negative feelings as to the moto of never giving up I often say to people to find something they can give them, selves permission for failure and give up on it. Life is too short to try to fix everything sometimes you just need to move on so yea sometimes you just need to give up to retain your mental health. Anyway you be the judge did we manage to bust these myths or did we bite on more than we could chew on this episode?
