My thanks for a great interview with Lorraine who among many things she is the creator and founder of https://www.bihospitality.co.uk/ a not-for-profit organisation that promotes inclusive approaches and policies for all people in hospitality sectors. 

 The absence of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people within positions of influence, or seniority has consistently been a visible problem throughout Lorraine's hospitality career, and she is keen to help change the narrative for those impacted by the barriers to progress. Be Inclusive in Hospitality welcomes Black, Asian and other Ethnic Minorities within Hospitality, Food and Drink to join their thriving community. Allies, who are keen to champion driving change in the acceleration of racial equality within the hospitality sector are also welcomed. 

 Lorraine has 19 years experience of significantly improving profitability, driving sustainability forward, and creating efficient supply chains, within diverse environments, including fast paced SMEs, and Global PLCs. She designs and delivers fit for purpose procurement strategic focus, which is aligned to strategic business objectives. She believes that people are crucial to procurement strategy, and she is passionate about developing and maintaining high performing teams. As a life coach, she helps ambitious professionals who feel stuck, U-turn to feeling empowered and confident.
