The hospitality stories series concludes with Sally Beck, general manager at Royal Lancaster London, Hotelier of the Year 2020 at Preferred Hotels & Resorts Awards of Excellence, and Hotelier of the Year 2019 (Cateys Awards2019). We talk about her past in pubs her experiences in hotels and how she got to where she is now. A clearly driven colleague and an inspiration for students and professionals alike. We shall have an epilogue for the whole series but for now enjoy the wisdom of Sally who has my thanks for her time and input to this episode.
