Hospitality Stories. Episode 4 -Petra Clayton from Custard Communications.

Here is the 4th Episode of this mini series of Dr Ioannis S. Pantelidis interviewing industry professionals, who share their stories and wisdom. In today's episode, I talk to Petra Clayton Owner of Custard Communications. Petra has over 24 years of experience in marketing communication, working across both agency and client roles within the hospitality industry. This interview lasts a little longer as we had minor connection issues but also we tackle a few more issues. I have uploaded the video unedited as with previous interviews so that you can get a better idea that the interviews are indeed unedited and unprompted honest stories from my guests. As always there is advice for students but on this one, we even managed to get in advice for Hotel General Managers, so I hope this will be of value to as many hospitality professionals and scholars as possible.
