A big thanks to Rachel graduated only 4 years ago and she is already a bright hospitality star! She graduated with a First class honours in International Hospitality Management. Also awarded a merit-based scholarship, a certificate for Outstanding achievement by the Council for Hospitality Management Education, 'Hospitality student of the year' 2016, part of the winning Passion For Hospitality Debate team 2016, a graduate of the Elite Hotels Management Training Programme and most recently achieved an ILM Level 3 award in Leadership and Management through the Exclusive Leaders Development Programme. Currently she is Front of House Manager at South Lodge Hotel & Spa, responsible for the overall management of the Front Desk operation and Chair of the Institute of Hospitality Sussex Branch. As always I try to keep these videos unedited and uncut so that the interviews flow and retain their honesty. These hospitality stories amidst covid-19 are here for any current hospitality students and professionals and who knows maybe they are becoming a historical record too. Keep smiling and keep safe.
