Every year I normally invite numerous guest speakers in my classes. This year with Covid-19 restricting a lot of my students as well as my guest speakers movements I decided to start a mini-series of interviews with hospitality professionals. All of my guests are asked simple questions and impart their own hospitality wisdom. I hope these interviews will be of use not only to my students but hospitality students and maybe even other professionals across the world. Without further adieu, here is the very first episode featuring a great friend since my days at Radisson Edwardian Hotels, and a true hospitality philosopher Omar Ismail.
