Dear Friends and Colleagues CHME has prepared an open letter to send to the VC of OB University about the possible closure of Brookes restaurant. The letter has been sent to Fellows of CHME, Industry Captains and CEOs of various associations. Already the support has been great, but if you happen to be a fellow of CHME and didn't get the email or if you are in direct contact with a very prominent hospitality colleague (academic or professional) that you think we should add let Isabell or Ioannis know and we shall send them the letter and invite to support.
Deadline for collecting signatures is this Thursday 5pm so very tight schedule but we need to submit the letter to the VC office and relevant media this Friday morning.
Similarly if you have direct contacts with colleagues that work for hospitality related magazines that we can get the letter published on Friday please contact Ioannis Pantelidisvia any of his social media acounts or by commenting on this blogpost.
