Great news! Here at BHR we have teamed up with the Savoy Educational Trust to offer a fees only bursary for a hospitality related full time PhD study. There is plenty of scope in two main areas of research:1. Consumer perceptions of sustainable food and beverage technologies.
2. Constructing and consuming culture through hospitality

We have already appointed one PhD bursary during the first round of applications and we have a number of PhD students in Tourism and Hospitality related areas so you will be joining a growing research hospitality team .
