If you work in hospitality and have almost survived 2010 (only a few days to go) well done! If you thrived during 2010 even better.... but for those hospitality people that feel that the first decade of the new millennium has not been so good to hospitality people, here is a little reminder that hospitality inspires everything...especially the technological innovations of the past decade....
And a final piece of thought for this year.... NEVER ever consider yourself an expert.... your customers will always surprise you because when it comes to their wants and needs they are the expert:
